General Information

Clive Palmer is Regional Operations Director for The Midlands. Formerly an Assistant Chief Officer for Staffordshire Probation Area, Clive also leads on  Safeguarding across The SLC Group.  

This is Clive’s first role within Health and Social Care - with his previous operational management experience gained within the IT and Criminal Justice industries.

Clive is currently managing the operation and delivery of SLC’s new services in Birmingham – working closely with the staff and Birmingham City Council to ensure a smooth transition for staff, supported individuals and their families.
