Consultation - engaging and involving key stakeholders

Our aim over the next year is to drive forward continuous improvement and innovation by further involving supported individuals and staff in influencing services in all areas of service delivery.

  • We are in the process of publishing the results of our two annual surveys for staff and supported individuals. For the first time these have been conducted across the whole Group to capture the views of individuals and staff in every location we work in.
  • We also in the process of planning Consultation Sessions with Supported Individuals and Staff to capture views on a series of new policies and procedures which are being rolled out across The Group over the next twelve months.

Survey 2008/9

Our annual survey, and responding to feedback and suggestions, ensures satisfaction levels remain high and is used to improve services at an operational and strategic level.

Here are the latest annual survey results from individuals supported by Paragon and Raglin.

Charles Eggleston, Chief Executive of The SLC Group says "We are always encouraged by the high levels of satisfaction our survey has revealed. As you will see we have scored well in a number of areas including communication and service delivery. There are also areas for improvement and we will strive to work with each person we support so we can continue to deliver quality services based on what people want."

The SLC Group provides supported living and independent living support services to individuals in Lancashire, Greater Manchester, Derbyshire, Merseyside, Cumbria, Yorkshire and Blackburn with Darwen.
