Steph is the Regional Operations Director for Merseyside and West Lancashire.

Steph has worked in various roles in the Social Care Sector, most recently working as an Area Manger for Turning Point - a national provider of drug and alcohol rehabilitation services.

Steph has a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies, a Diploma in Social Work and a Masters in Drug Use and Addiction.
