Paul Callander is the Managing Director of The SLC Group, with over 10 years experience in the Social Care Sector. He has previously been CEO of Manchester Care, a leading Charity and Director of The Ravenscroft Group, a large private company. Prior to coming into the Social Care Sector Paul worked for over 18 years in strategic management across the Public Sector including Surveyors, Education, Police and Leisure/Community.
