Employee Forum
Our Employee Information Consultation Forum aims to capture the ideas and feedback of our employees from across The Group. This means that as an SLC staff member you have the opportunity to get involved in key decisions affecting staff and the people we support across all areas.

Sarah Griffiths is a Support Worker and Employee Representative for SLC East Lancashire, she says:
"I saw an advert for the opportunity to become an employee rep and jumped at the chance. It’s really great for me to see how things work on a management level and enables me to have a direct input in the changes that affect frontline staff. In the last session we covered policies and procedures and it’s my role to make sure that they’re accessible for Support Workers and that their views are incorporated. I’m able to make a positive difference to the staff in the area that I represent, which is what attracted me to the role".
