The SLC Group provides housing related and specialist community care support services for people with learning disabilities , physical disabilities , mental health needs and autism . We have a track record of achieving positive outcomes for individuals with complex and challenging needs - often involving a dual diagnosis.
Our three organisations are SLC Paragon , SLC Raglin and SLC Homelife who by working together, with a team of over 600 staff, provide high quality care and housing support services to over 320 people. We work closely with individuals, families and commissioners to maximise opportunities with personalisation and individual budgets.
Our person centred approach to service delivery stretches across Lancashire , Greater Manchester , Derbyshire , Merseyside , Yorkshire and Blackburn with Darwen . Across all these areas our local services promote choice and independence - so every person we support can live their life the way they want to.

SLC Plus is an outcome focussed intensive support service for people with challenging behaviour and complex needs as an alternative to hospital admission, step down from secure accommodation or for people in crisis.
