If you’re a young person or adult who needs support to live independently in your community, The SLC Group can work with you to achieve this.
We work with many individuals with a range of support needs including; learning disabilities, mental health needs, physical disabilities, autism and sensory services.
We also support people who have a range of specialist needs including epilepsy, Fragile X, CDLS, Williams Syndrome, Prada Willi Syndrome, Korsakoff’s, Acquired Brain Injuries, Fredericks Ataxia, Sturge Weber and a range of degenerative illnesses such as Huntington’s and dementia.
