Specialist Community Living and Emergency Services

The SLC Group provides Specialist Community Living Services, including emergency services, to support individuals with learning disabilities or mental health needs who require an alternative to high dependency traditional residential services or are looking to step down from secure accommodation.

These services provide high relational security to effectively manage risk and our highly trained staff support individuals to move onto greater independence.

• These specialist developments are aimed at individuals who currently live in residential or secure service settings.

• We provide a ‘bridge’ for individuals who have the potential to develop skills to live independently.

• Centrally located, each service provides the perfect set up for outreach and floating support, so as individuals progress into the community, with lower levels of support, we can ensure continuity of staff.
