SLC Plus - Intensive Support Services
Positive Community Living...
SLC Plus is an outcome focussed, specialist care and intensive support service for people with challenging behaviour and complex needs including; learning disabilities, autism, mental health issues, forensic history, emotional/behavioural difficulties and acquired brain injuries.
This service is a positive choice for individuals who require an alternative to hospital admission (step up), are looking to move on from secure accommodation (step down) or are in crisis. This enables people to receive high quality and intensive support, in a supported living tenancy, whilst remaining in a community setting.
Our central aim is to link people into community networks via robust positive risk management frameworks that work in partnership with individuals and their multi-disciplinary team.

- The SLC Group are in the process of supporting individuals to move into an SLC Plus development in Blackley, Manchester. This four bedded supported living service is for people who may require an alternative to hospital admission, are looking to move on from secure accommodation or are in crisis.
