If you’re a young person or adult who needs support to live independently in your community and you have access to funding for support from the council or via a personal budget, The SLC Group can work with you to achieve this.
Our support ranges from 24 hour intensive support to outreach and floating support and community based activities. We support people to live independently in a variety of settings including apartment projects, single and shared tenancies, in your own home and in the community.
