Central Lancashire

The SLC Group provides supported living in the community and domiciliary care services across Central Lancashire including; Preston, Leyland, Chorley, Ormskirk, South Ribble and West Lancashire. We support people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health needs, autism, challenging behaviour and acquired brain injuries.

We have significant experience of supporting people with complex needs and challenging behaviour - often involving a dual diagnosis.

SLC Paragon is a CQC 3 star "excellent" provider.

SLC Paragon provides support in Lancashire and is one of Lancashire County Council's Preferred Providers. This includes providing services across Learning Disability, Mental health, Physical Disabilities and Older People services. We are also accredited by Supporting People across Lancashire.
