The SLC Group provides supported living in the community and domiciliary care services across Derbyshire. We support people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health needs, autism and challenging behaviour.

We have significant experience of supporting people with complex needs and challenging behaviour - often involving a dual diagnosis.

SLC Paragon is a CQC 3 star "excellent" provider.

SLC Paragon provides support in Derbyshire and is one of Derbyshire County Council's Preferred Providers. This includes providing services across Learning Disability services. We are also accredited by Supporting People across Derbyshire.
