Each apartment comprises of one bedroom, a bathroom, kitchen/dining room and lounge area. The two ground floor properties also have their own private garden and would suit individuals who have difficulties with their mobility.

The complex also comprises of a fifth apartment which will act as a staff room where background and core support will be available 24 hours a day. Support hours will be tailored around each individual and can range from several hours a week up to 24 hours a day.
