We are in the process of working with a housing provider to develop these properties for individuals with learning disabilities and/or mental health needs who require support to live independently in a shared supported living tenancy. These properties will be ready for individuals to move into in May.

There are two houses in total, each comprising of four bedrooms, with one  bedroom acting as a staff sleep room. Blocks of support will be offered to individuals based on their specific support needs and staff will be on site 24 hours a day. The option of either an on-call night service or waking night service is also available.
